Mountain Air is a premiere lifestyle gated community in Western North Carolina, featuring an on-site private airplane runway, several hiking trails, a nature center, and golf course country club. Many of their prospective homebuyers live out-of-state, so we set up targeted landing pages for print ads in major newspapers, and developed a PPC campaign with Google AdWords to connect them to their ideal market. The website design features easy call-to-actions to sign up for additional information on available homes. Interested buyers can sign up for an Experience Package to come stay on the mountain and see first hand all that Mountain Air has to offer.
