Northern Crescent Iron is a group of ironworkers and metalsmiths in Flat Rock, NC that create beautiful knives from railroad spikes and other metal gift items. They wanted a reliable web services provider to create an eCommerce site for their best-selling products that would stand out from the high volume of competition in the wedding gift industry.  We worked with Matt and the NCI team to determine exactly what features they needed on their eCommerce site to streamline their order processing and to reduce the number of customer service calls.
